Welcome to Picsomo ("Service"), a SaaS product owned and operated by Infotex Media Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Picsomo platform, available at picsomo.com. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

By creating an account, you confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Picsomo is not liable for unauthorized account use.

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Generate explicit, violent, or hateful animations.

Misuse AI tools or attempt to disrupt our systems.

You own the rights to content you upload and generate (except watermarked free previews).

Picsomo/Infotex Media retains ownership of the platform, brand, and proprietary technology.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and other payment gateways.

Refunds are not provided once payment is made. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Service is provided "as is," without warranties.

Picsomo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
